Our fee includes

  • VAT (where applicable)
  • In-person, online or phone consultation

Our fee does not include:

  • Liaising with third parties, such as the Home Office or Tribunal
  • Interpreter fees (where required)
  • Completing or submitting an application

Application Service

Below are our fee ranges for the most common applications that we assist with. However, for matters not listed, please contact us directly to discuss fees for your specific circumstances.

Please note that all fees listed are on a “per application” basis and not on “per person/applicant” basis. Therefore, if multiple applicants can be included in one application form, no extra fees will be payable regardless of how many people are applying.

Our fee includes

  • VAT (where applicable)
  • In-person, online or phone consultations, as necessary, for preparation of the application
  • Advice on documents needed in support of application
  • Assistance in preparing and checking documents
  • Advising on any issues raised by the documents and how to address these
  • Drafting legal representations in support of the application
  • Assistance in completing and submitting applications forms, including scanning and uploading supporting documents
  • Email or phone contact to keep you up-to-date regarding your application
  • Liaising, where necessary, with third parties, including the Home Office and the courts.

Our fee does not include:

  • Home Office or its third party providers’ fees
  • Interpreting or translation fees
  • Independent expert reports, where required
  • Barristers’ fees, where required
  • Courier fees
  • Further work, where necessary, following submission of application. This can be agreed with a further fixed fee or an hourly rate, as appropriate should the need arise.

Discounts

The following discounts are available:

  • If we are instructed for multiple applications at the same time, we can offer a 25% discount for each additional application.
  • We offer a loyalty discount of 10% should clients return to us with instructions for new applications.
  • Clients who are struggling financially will be offered a range of flexible payment instalment options.

Urgent Work

Please note that an uplift of 20% will be applied for urgent work, i.e. matters requiring a deadline to be met within 5 working days.

Where fixed fees are not appropriate, charges will be based on our hourly rate plus disbursements. Our hourly charges are £150.
